Fleur de Lis Love

I have always loved the fleur de lis. There is something very old and romantic yet whimsical that comes to mind whenever I see one. One of my favorite necklaces is a little gold charm of the Florentine fleur de lis that I got during my semester abroad in Florence in college. The motif comes in many forms: fabric patterns, charms, knobs, wallpaper, etc. It could be a very sweet classic design motif, I think. Here are some examples below.

This fabric pattern is available from Ballard Designs. So cute! This would be really great in a powder room.

Fleur de lis knob from Waterwood.

Lots of fleur de lis motifs are available at Etsy. This handkerchief coaster is from Fleurdemedesign and available in other colors too!

Fleur de lis dinnerware from Horchow available in this sweet blue. So French country!

Organize with these leather fleur de lis pocket organizers! From Ballard again.

I found this amazing chest on 1st Dibs from Melissa Levinson. I love this because it is the Italian fleur de lis with the two small extra flowers on either side!

Some of these would make really cute Christmas slash Holiday gifts too! Swoon.

haha I work at Kirkland's Home, and we always joke about how Kirkland's doesn't sell anything that doesn't have a fleur de lis on it! It seriously seems like the store puked fleur de lis... some of it is really good, and some of it is REALLY bad!
